Released in October 2025, “Aftercare” is a direct collaboration between Heap and “Mogen,” an AI model trained on her own voice and words, with the AI processing and voicing parts of the track under her direction. It is among the clearest examples of a human artist working with a consented, self-owned AI rather than being replaced by one — exactly the augment-not-replace model these awards aim to elevate.
